Natural History Museum HDR by kippa2001 Natural History Museum HDR by kippa2001
Here is an hdr photograph taken from the Natural History Museum. Located in London, England, UK.

The use of tripods is forbidden in this place. I took the hdr source photographs by using a photographic bean bag and placing it on the railings.

Victorian architecture, faulty design, corrected later, yet one of the most interesting work.
The work of Terracotta is awesome(both flora and fauna).
And that's a really good view of the central hall.Clap

Best time to visit this place is just a few months before Christmas in the September to November and just after the new year between March and May.  In the summer time this place is absolutely crowded.  I have been twice now and will probably go again.

Thank you.  It was a wonderful place to visit and will probably go back again in the future.  It is definitely one of the best free entry places to go to in London.

Spectacular!!! I love how the stair rail is the center of focus and the statues that climb the arch way. The coloration is fascinating!! The way you have captured the natural stone material is...oh I just love this photo....great work!!

The NHM is a huge place and has a lot to see.  On the day I was just shooting for the architecture of the place.  If I go again I will looking at all material that is there.  They have quite a few dinosaur bones, with the main attraction being Dippy in the main hall.

Oh wonderful!!  I am thankful to live in an area with many Smithsonian Museums. I love them all but where you shot at is way more fascinating than anything here in the States!!
